Hmmm...how to get back in shape?

My body gain 5 kg during pregnancy..it is very hard to 'vamoose' all the fatty stuck in my body especially in my tummy..what can i do to get back in shape?? I do diet of course..eat once a day..eat as much veggie as i can..and everyday i do work out like 1 hour..and not mention how much the amount of ginger lotion i rub at my tummy...hmm..but still i didn't see the result like i wanted...i will not give up on this..work hard to get back in shape..GAMBATTE!!

I do this everyday and other work out:

'Is not that important for me to lose my weight, what i want to achieve is to look good in front of my husband, get your own ideal weight..if you look good..you'll feel good..aite!'

Begini kisahnye..pemergian ke Bali bertujuan untuk menenangkan jiwa yang telah luka..tetapi sampai kat sana terkena bala lain plak..huhu..tu la sapa suruh tak pakai mask..kan dah kena.. Ku ukir nama mu dipantai Bali..cewah..khas untuk my dearest hubby

Balik umah demam..pastu decide nak pi hospital ampang untuk buat h1n1 test..huhu..sampai sana terserempak ngan artis plak..cuba teka sapa baju kuning tu??hehe..Zahid AF tu ngan girlfren dia Nita..cam Zahid yang sakit..tak tau la....boleh jadi mamarazzi la aku ni..:P

Setelah pulang ke rumah..dua hari kemudian..hospital kol dah bgtau..'puan..anda positif h1n1..sekejap lagi kami akan hantar ambulan ambil puan '..terkejutnye diriku ini.. takut pun ade..setelah menunggu dengan begitu lama sekali 5 jam kemudian datang la ambulan..keluar la org berpakaian seperti org bulan..helmet dia tak de la..depa pakai cam shower cap tu ngan mask..membawa ku pergi dengan laju nye..siap pasang siren lagi..huhu..mencabar sungguh naik ambulan ni..terhoyong hayang kat belakang..tapi masuk satu hari jer..sebab diorang dah keluarkan org kena h1n1 sebab diorang dah ade ubat kan..tapi ok la jugak..sempat menikmati chicken chop kat situ..tak tau plak makanan hospital ni sedap..hihi..Alhamdulillah sekarang beransur pulih..kepada semua berhati2 ketika berholiday tu..jaga kesihatan diri juga..

Hallu readers!..Yesterday i went for berbuka puasa at Jusco Equine..whilst waiting for berbuka, me and my colleagues tried for little doctor fish..it called 'cute fish spa'..they said this cute little toothless fish could remove your dead skin and foot relaxation.. its true...i can feel them cleaning my foot..hihi..ticklish..i laugh everytime i put my feet in the water..if u guys want to try this cute fish spa..u can go to Jusco Equine for only RM5 for 10 minutes..
