6 months already!

Time flies...fast..really fast...today my baby little Ai is 6 months old!!!old ke??young la Mama.. so tiny.. she grown so fast..I still remember how her feet kick me inside my womb and carried her for 9 months..arghh..I miss those days..Mama hope that Aichan will be a Good girl and make me proud someday..

2 weeks Aichan

Aichan lovesss her bathing time..but it's getting quite difficult to bath her now..she is getting bigger and likes to kick..for us..Malaysian..we usually bath our baby in early morning..but like Japanese people they prefer to bath their babies at night..they said it will makes baby sleep better..If you guys having sleep trouble or lack of sleep during at night because your baby doesn't want to sleep try Japanese way..maybe it can solve your problem..Insyaallah..

..BIRTH AND CHILD REARING SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS..

Last Sunday, I went to birth, child care and child education seminar at Sendai International Center..Topic on that day is 'giving birth and bringing up children in Japan: parental responsibility and father's role'..this seminar is to help International student who plan or already having child in Japan..I was impressed because this seminar is free ..I've learn a lot of things during this seminar such as how to handle my baby in certain situation..and how to do housework easier with baby..beside that, they have reading session for kids at other room close to our seminar hall..they have some baby sitter who can take care of babies while their parents attending the seminar..the next seminar will be held on 7th november..can't wait to attend next seminar..:)

..MY BABY GOT KAZE..

..AUTUMN..VIRUS..

It’s been a bad day for my little princess..hard for her to sleep..cause of runny nose..poor Aichan..what mama can do for you??this is the first time Aichan sick..so sad to see her woke up and cannot breath well..I read on the internet baby got cold because their immune system  are immature..they’re more vulnerable to illness..and baby also often sick on fall and winter..keep your hand clean while touching a baby..especially the sick one..cause touching can easily spread virus to the baby..for me to make Aichan breath well while she was asleep..put a pillow under her head makes her head higher so she can breath well..

to keep her nose clean..and vamoose all the mucus inside her nose..I use this..

The best invention for baby who got cold/flu..easy to suck all the mucus away..and don’t forget her medicine..

3ml..3 times a day after meal..I hope my baby  will get better..Mama always love you!

Japanese lesson for today

...SHE GAINED ANOTHER 600gm..

I just finished my 36 weeks baby check up..my baby is now almost 2.8kg..and I gained 1kg in 2 weeks..that means 600gm goes to baby and 400gm to my fat..:P..the midwife told me, they really concern about mom weight because they said it is hard to deliver the baby if you are too fat..the energy that we used to push the baby might be difficult with those fat inside the mother..today they also monitor my baby heart beat and contraction..since I had my contraction 2 days ago..i’m quite concern about how bad it is..the doctor said if I had just once a day and in a short time..nothing to be worried about…I want a 3D scan but the doctor said it is difficult to see baby face because she is facing on the side..means she is hiding her face.but I’m sooooo happy because I can see my baby licking her finger…so cute!!..can’t wait to see mommy little angel!!!!!!...but you have to wait for your daddy first..ok hunny..mommy love u so much!!!!..muah…muahhh…

...I'M OFFICIALLY FAT...

Check up..check up..check up..This is the first time I had my baby check up without my hubby..I was surprised I gained 3kg and my baby just gained 50gm in 2 weeks..but the doctor told me nothing to worry about..just I have to control my eating habit and stop eating sweet things…I recalled what I ate this whole 2 weeks before my check up today..and I realized I ate a lot of fat food that I’m not supposed to take..such as I baked choc fondant …I ate 90% of it and 10% my hubby ate it..:P. and after that I had this called ‘mamak nite’ with all my sendai buddy to welcome our new Malaysian friend..and I ate 3 nan..and then I went to Izumi outlet to buy some omiyage(present) for my family and I begged my hubby to buy chocolate cookies for me..and I ate it all by myself..I had a few chocolate milk bar leftover from the choc fondant I made..and I ate them all..and yesterday I had my choco donut with chocolate ice blended..yummyyy…and turned out I gained 3kg in 2 weeks..congratulations Iryd! Hahaha…

I’m happy to see my baby genki(healthy)..and see her movement on the scan screen..wish my hubby could see it too..can’t wait for my next check up!!!..

..T.A.N.O.S.H.I..K.A.T.T.A..D.E.S..

I’m officially 31 weeks! It is the best time to prepare for the born of my little angel..me and hubby went to hospital to register for preparation for future mothers and fathers class..which is to ensure what to expect when deliver baby and things to do and buy before the baby is coming..at first the nurse told us that this class is full for this month…and I’m very upset but the nurse told us to wait for a moment and she will call us back..after a few munites one of their midwife told us that she will make us a private class since my hubby has to go back to Malaysia to do experiment on June..3 weeks I will be alone in Sendai…Waaaaaaaaaaaa….:(

She started to explain all the documents that we need to prepare and she told me that in Japan most of hospital doesn’t use drugs such as pain killer or epidural..everything is natural birth..i’m scared..after that, she make us tour to the delivery room and showed us type of rooms that they provide inside the hospital..they have 3 type of rooms..first sharing room which is 4 persons in one room and share toilet..second is private room with toilet inside without bathtub..and the third one is private room with bathtub..she also showed us labor room and the position of mother when deliver baby..such a fantastic hospitality they served in Japan..although I’m quite scared but I feel happy with all the explaination she gave to me..makes me prepare and I hope I can do it!..

After that, she explained things to buy and prepare before come to the hospital. In Japan most of them don’t know how speak in English..so the midwife gave me a dialog in Japanese how to call the ambulan when I feel pain..good job!..she also told me how to push and breathe when I feel contraction.. I was happy with this class and really hope that one day hospital in Malaysia will have this kind of programme....
