::The BeaUty Of NiKKo anD EdO-WonDerLand::

..S.I.S.T.E.R'S..V.A.C.A.Y..
I had a wonderful holiday with my sis, hubby and friends..trip that i will never forget in my entire life..we went to Nikko which is located at Tochigo Prefecture, Japan. This is the place that we can see the beauty side of Japan that full with pure culture and gorgeous scenery..they have three 'must see' place that you guys should visit here...shrine, lake and cultural themepark 'Edowonderland'..

Starting our journey from sendai and it tooks almost 4 hours to reach Nikko..and we managed to arrive at our hotel at 2pm..in Japan most of hotels check in time is 3pm..we stayed at Ohnoya Hotel..the cheapest hotel that we can get at Nikko..hehe..it is not a standard kind of hotel..it is ryokan which is traditional japan hotel..

After being told by the 'obachan' that we can't check in at 2pm..so we decided to search for someplace to see and we went to Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Fall..

my lovely Sendai friends..Su, me and Hanis @ Lake Chuzenji
After a few hours tour around Lake Chuzenji and Kegon Fall..we drove back to hotel to get some rest and enjoy onsen (not for me because i'm pregnant)...
We started early the next day, so many place to explore and to bring 6 months pregnant lady on tour is making the whole trip go slow..haha...The first place we visited that morning is shrine..Japan is famous with varities of shrine all over their countries.. shrine that we visited is near to our hotel..and it’s gorgeous!

me and hubby infront of shrine

After that, all of us heading to Edo wonderland..the main purpose why we really want to go to Nikko..Edo Wonderland is a place that all tourist can learn ancient Japanese virtue in the extensive cultural theme park where recreated the history of Japan…all the samurai, ninjas, geisha character are here..even tourist also can try Japanese outfit and it is available for rental….they have several shows such as ninja show, magic water show and Oiran Parade..i love this place and really really suggest to anybody who wants to experience the real culture of Japan..come and visit Edo wonderland..

Zao is one of the best place to ski, snowboarding and see tree monster..because of my current condition, i'm not allowed to see the tree monster..maybe next year..:).. it is about -6 degree on top of the mountain..cold and windy...I love my hunnymoon and wanna go again next year!

::It'S SnOwing In SenDai::

..H.A.J.I.M.E.T.T.E..
It start snowing since december..the coldest experience ever..this is my first experience living in 4 season country..at first i'm quite excited to wait for snow to fall..it is really beautiful..is like ABC (air batu campur) ..after a few days of winter I started to hate it..cause i can't stand the temperature..like today is 0 degree..i feel like living inside the fridge..and in the early morning when i went to the toilet to take 'wuduk'..oh my god..i feel like i had a cold fever ...thats what people said..'hujan emas di negeri org, hujan batu di negeri sendiri'..but among those 4 season i prefer spring and autumn..coz it's not too hot and it's not too cold..all you need is a light jacket ( take it from miss congeniality script)..by the way, i'm glad that i had such experience..can't wait for spring!.it is really nice to see cherry blossom...beautiful!

::CoMiNG Of AgE DAy::

..YEAY!!..I'M..20 Y.E.A.R.S..O.L.D..
Last monday i went to one of biggest festival at Japan..they called it 'Coming Of Age Day', where all 20 years old ladies and gents will celebrate their coming age..sort of maybe a good age to celebrate in Japan..wakaranai..:P

So..our journey started in the morning where i called my sensei to confirm where the celebration was held..we found out that it will be held at Tomizawa..so we called all our friends to invite them to go with us but unfortunately most of them still in their dream and only Su was available..after had our breakfast we took densha (train) and meet Su at Eki..and straight away to Tomizawa by chikatetsu (subway)..inside chikatetsu we saw so many beautiful japanese chicks wearing their various color of kimono..and most of the man wear suit rather than hakama (tradisional outfit for man like kimono)..

We arrived at Tomizawa station and follow all japanese that wearing kimono..it is quite surprised that we are the only foreigners that went there..haha..as my observation the purpose of this festival is like a match maker or to make them searching for their love life..sometimes i think they are cheating of their age because they look mature than 20..hmm..maybe wrong make over by their salon.. :P.. after taking several pictures with them we ended our journey by window shopping at town..
